Our Activities
Training to provide employees with knowledge on fundamental human rights

In 2024, the Company conducted online training to provide employees with knowledge on fundamental human rights, as well as key human rights risks and impacts relevant across the business value chain, such as workplace discrimination and harassment. Employees also gained an understanding of the comprehensive human rights due diligence process, the Company’s non-discrimination and anti-harassment policies, and the policy on diversity and inclusion. In the event of a human rights violation, stakeholders are able to report incidents or submit concerns through the Company’s designated grievance channels, which are followed by a fact-finding and investigation process.
In addition, Plan B places strong importance on building an inclusive corporate culture that respects differences and promotes equality, with the belief that diversity is a key driver of innovation and sustainable growth.
