Sustainability Governance Structure
Plan B has established a Sustainability Working Group to oversee the development and execution of sustainability strategies.
The group is responsible for setting policies, directions, and operational frameworks to ensure that sustainability is integrated across all aspects of the organization.
The Working Group also plays a key role in:
Raising awareness and promoting a corporate culture driven by ESG principles.
Communicating and reporting sustainability progress with transparency.
Enhancing operational efficiency in alignment with international standards.
Sustainability Governance Structure
The Sustainability Working Group meets every six months to monitor the progress of action plans, communicate updates to members, and report performance to the Corporate Governance Committee, ensuring a fully integrated approach to business operations. The group also coordinates with business units, operational teams, and subject-matter experts, under the support of the Sustainability Leadership Team, to drive ESG initiatives effectively and achieve tangible results.
