Operational Risk Control

The Company implements strict controls to ensure the highest level of workplace safety, including the installation of protective equipment, designation of hazard zones, regular maintenance of machinery and equipment, and routine workplace inspections.

Potential Risks

Workplace accidents such as slips, trips, falls, entrapment, or impact from machinery, as well as exposure to hazardous materials. Without adequate controls, these risks may cause injuries or disrupt operations for both employees and contractors.

Use and Maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

All employees and contractors are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment according to the nature of their work, including reflective vests, safety helmets, gloves, safety glasses, fall-protection harnesses, and face masks. The Company also provides regular training on the correct and consistent use of PPE.

Potential Risks

Incorrect or insufficient use of PPE can increase the likelihood of serious accidents, such as eye injuries, respiratory issues, or falls from heights, which may impact the health and well-being of both employees and business partners.

Training and Emergency Drills

The Company conducts annual occupational health and safety training to raise awareness and minimize workplace risks. In addition, regular emergency drills are organized, including fire-fighting exercises, fire evacuation plans, and chemical spill response drills, to ensure preparedness in unforeseen circumstances

Potential Risks

Without adequate preparation and regular drills, employees and contractors may be unable to respond effectively to emergencies, leading to injuries, property damage, or environmental impacts.
