Employee Training

Plan B places strong emphasis on creating learning opportunities and advancing skills for employees at all levels to ensure they are well-prepared to respond effectively to changes in the business environment. The Company has established a talent development strategy through six learning groups, covering classroom training, online training, and self-directed learning via the SkillLane platform.

The Company has set a learning target of 15 hours per employee per year to enhance skills and strengthen capabilities, enabling employees to grow sustainably alongside the organization.
