Promoting a Culture of Open Feedback through the Upward & Peer Feedback Survey

The Company recognizes the importance of cultivating a culture of open feedback, which serves as a cornerstone for human resource development and for building an inclusive, transparent, and sustainable workplace. To ensure that giving and receiving feedback becomes an integral part of the organizational culture at all levels, the Company conducts the Upward & Peer Feedback Survey annually. This survey provides opportunities for:

  • Employees to give direct feedback to their supervisors (Upward Feedback)
  • Colleagues to evaluate and reflect on each other’s behaviors (Peer Feedback)
  • Supervisors and executives to gain insights that can be used to improve leadership behavior, communication, and the overall work environment

The Company expects that this initiative will help strengthen trust and openness, encourage learning and growth through diverse perspectives, and enhance inclusive leadership across the organization.
